We bill hourly for our design services & design execution through construction with a separate rate for each member of our Design Team based on seniority.

While Oho Interiors can provide a good estimate of the amount of hours needed to fully design most projects, the time spent in the execution phase can vary. Design Fees for most large-scale remodels tend to be in the 10-20% of the total construction costs. New Construction Design Fees can vary but generally are 3-8% of total construction costs. To book your project into our calendar, an Executed Contract & Design Fee Retainer is required.

Oho Interiors’ internal and client-facing processes really puts our strengths in Large-Scale Remodels & Additions and Custom New Construction homes and layered, multi-room Furnishing Projects.

Our project minimum for Furnishing Only projects is $75,000.

Our project minimum for Renovation Projects is $250,000.

If a project is an exemplary fit, we occasionally will entertain a smaller-scale renovation so please don’t hesitate to contact us!

The sooner the better. We typically like to begin a project just before architectural plans enter the red-line/revision stage but we have started projects much earlier and much later in the planning process.

Our current project lead times have us flexing in and out of a short waiting list so our best advice is to contact us as soon as possible.

Most Custom Home Builds take 2-3 years from architectural planning to a fully completed install.

Larger remodel or whole-home renovations typically take 12-18 months from connecting to completion.

Furniture & Styling projects are currently taking 6-12 months to complete with current furniture lead-times.

Working collaboratively as a team with your builder & architect is something we are incredibly passionate about. We are in constant communication with your Builder weekly, sometimes daily, however our job is not to manage your hired Build Team, but to work in tandem alongside them to craft a beautifully custom home for you, while being your advocate, decision curator and design project manager.
